Guided Meditation

Our free weekly Breathwork and Meditation events are the perfect opportunities to take a break from the busyness of daily life and find some much-needed relaxation and inner peace.

During each event, the participants are guided through a variety of breathwork techniques and meditation practices, designed to help reduce stress, improve focus, and promote overall well-being. The events are typically one hour in length and held at a convenient location in the University area.

About Our Events

Yoga Sessions

Our Yoga events are the perfect opportunity for individuals of all levels to come together and practice the ancient art of Yoga. Led by experienced and certified instructors, these classes offer a welcoming space for participants to stretch, strengthen, and find balance in their bodies and minds.

During each class, participants can expect to flow through a variety of postures and sequences, incorporating elements of breath work and meditation. Classes are typically one hour in length and held at a convenient location in the University area.

Whether you're a seasoned Yogi or a beginner, these classes are open to everyone and no prior experience is necessary. Also we provide the yoga mats.

Game Nights

Our mindfulness-focused Games nights are an excellent opportunity for everyone in the university to take a break from the stresses of studies and connect with their fellow classmates in a fun and relaxing setting! These events are open to all and offer a variety of games and activities designed to promote relaxation and bring about mindful awareness.

During the event, participants have the chance to play in-person multiplayer games and participate in guided meditation and breathing exercises. No prior experience with mindfulness is necessary, just come with an open mind and a desire to have fun and de-stress. 💆
